The springs house provides cozy accommodations for up to four guests in one bedroom with a queen size bed, one bath and a double size futon in the great room.

The great room features a vaulted ceiling, a wood-burner in the fireplace that warms the whole house, and views of the woods and abundant wildlife.

The galley kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cook top, built-in oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, dishes, and glassware.

Outdoor space features a two-level deck over the stream, an open fire pit, and the remains of the original Fayette Springs, a popular mid-1800s spa and tourist attraction.
